Welcome to Triton
A tour of what Triton does and where to go first after creating your gym.
On this page
Triton is an all-in-one membership management platform for fitness institutions — martial arts gyms, MMA, yoga studios, dance schools, and more. This guide gets you oriented in five minutes.
What you can do with Triton
Triton replaces a patchwork of spreadsheets, Stripe dashboards, WhatsApp threads, and paper waivers with a single workspace for your whole team.
Manage members
Track every member in one place: memberships, billing history, attendance, rank progression, guardians for minors, liability waivers, and notes.
Take payments
Connect Stripe once, then run subscriptions, one-off charges, invoices, and checkout pages without leaving Triton.
Schedule classes
Build a calendar of recurring classes and one-off appointments. Members book themselves via the public checkout or kiosk.
Talk to leads and members
A shared inbox ties together email, SMS, Facebook, and Instagram conversations. Marketing automations turn trials into paying members.
Recommended first steps
Work through these in order — each takes 5 to 15 minutes and unlocks the next.
1. Set up your first branch
Every Triton account has at least one branch (location). Go to Settings → Branch to fill in your address, hours, and timezone.
2. Create your first membership
Under Manage → Memberships, define your core plans (e.g. "Unlimited Monthly — A$150"). These are what members buy.
3. Connect Stripe
Without Stripe, Triton can track who owes what but can't collect a dime. See the billing setup guide for the five-minute walkthrough.
4. Invite your staff
Under Staff, invite your instructors, front desk, and managers. Triton assigns each the right role — you don't need to configure permissions by hand.
Where to go next
Most owners start with billing and checkout pages. Front desk staff should skim the member check-in guide. Marketing-minded owners often jump to automations.
If you get stuck, use the search bar at the top of this page or contact your Triton rep directly.
