Setting up membership agreements

A membership agreement is the contract, waiver, or consent your members sign when they join. Reusable templates let you cover contracts, liability waivers, and consents once and attach them wherever members sign up.

Create an agreement template

1. Open Manage > Agreements.
2. Click New Template, or use Generate with AI to draft one from a prompt.
3. Write or edit the agreement text, then Save.

Your template is now available to attach to memberships and checkout flows.

Where agreements are used

• Attach an agreement to a membership so it is presented when that plan is sold.
• Add it to a checkout page so online joiners sign before they pay.
• Send it to an existing member to sign from their profile.
