Adding your first member

Enroll a member into your CRM and, optionally, assign a plan and take a payment.

Members are the people in your CRM. Each member has a profile with billing, attendance, rank progression, notes, and more. Adding your first member gets your gym running.

Add a member

  1. Open Members from the main navigation.
  2. Click Add Member.
  3. Enter their details. Only first name and last name are required; you can fill in email, phone, and other fields now or later.
  4. Click Save.

You land on the new member's profile.

From the profile you can

  • Assign a membership and take the first payment.
  • Add contacts or a guardian (required for minors).
  • Record attendance, add tags, and write notes.

A membership plan is not strictly required to add a member. You can add the person now and assign a plan later from their profile.

Adding minors

For a member under your minimum age, add a guardian contact so billing and consent route to the responsible adult. See Adding minors and guardians.
