Connect your Meta channels so Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs land in your staff Inbox alongside email and SMS, with an AI-drafted reply ready to send.
Connect Facebook
- Open Settings > Inbox and find the Social Channels card.
- Click Connect Facebook and approve the requested permissions for your Page.
- Once connected, incoming Messenger conversations appear in your Inbox.
Connect Instagram
- In the same Social Channels card, click Connect Instagram.
- Approve the permissions.
Instagram requires Facebook connected first and an Instagram Professional account linked to your Facebook Page.
Replying
Open the conversation in your Inbox and reply from there. Triton drafts a suggested reply you can edit before sending, so your team responds faster.
WhatsApp is not available yet. Facebook Messenger and Instagram are the supported Meta channels today.
